Here are some interesting facts for you:

Karl Oskar Hammarbäck, born January 15th in 1878 in the parish of Skön.

His father was Olof Hammarbäck, born May 2nd 1834 in the parish of Idenor, died August 3rd in 1918. He was a blacksmith. In 1890 the family lived in a small village called Tunadal, the village where the first Swedeish steam-operated saw-mill was established in 1849.

 

Olof Hammarbäck was married to Johanna Katarina Sjöholm who was born January 17th in 1840 in Bjuråker.

 

Karl Oskar had several brothers and sisters:

Kristina Elisabeth, b. March 3rd 1858

Elma Johanna, b. June 28th 1864

Anna Matilda, b. May 5th 1866

Olof Valfrid, b. December 5th 1868

Lotta Vilhelmina, November 8th 1871, died in October 18th 1883

Emma Katarina, b. July 24th 1874

John Emanuel, b. September 26th 1882

 

Karl Oskar emigrated to North America in February 13th 1903. His brother John went  in August 1 st 1902.

 

Unfortunately we didn´t find anything about Jenny Genberg. We´ve been finding clues but not yet any facts or even the right persons.
